How does billing work?
Kiki bills per workspace, not per seat, through PayPal — pay with a PayPal account or any major card. Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each cycle. Annual plans are billed once a year at the discounted rate shown above.
What counts as a translation?
Every translation Kiki posts counts toward your monthly limit: a message translated into three languages counts as three, and a mirrored message counts once for every channel it's posted to. Automatic channel translation, flag reactions, and "Translate for me" all count the same way, and the same message posted again counts again. We warn your admins at 80% and 100% of the monthly limit; we never silently drop a translation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace automatically moves to the Free plan. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Is my data private?
Message text is sent to translation providers to produce a translation and is cached briefly so we don't re-translate the same text twice. We never sell workspace data. Read the full Privacy Policy for retention windows and the list of sub-processors.
