How does billing work?
Kiki bills per workspace, not per seat, through our payment processor (Razorpay for India, with card support for the rest of the world). Your card is charged automatically at the start of each cycle. Annual plans are billed once a year at the discounted rate shown above.
What counts as a translated message?
Every message Kiki translates counts once toward your monthly limit, whether it came from automatic channel translation, a flag-reaction request, or "Translate for me." Identical repeated text served from cache doesn't count twice. We warn your admins at 80% and 100% of the monthly limit; we never silently drop a translation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace automatically moves to the Free plan. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Is my data private?
Message text is sent to translation providers to produce a translation and is cached briefly so we don't re-translate the same text twice. We never sell workspace data. Read the full Privacy Policy for retention windows and the list of sub-processors.
